Order Cancellation and Refund

If you have placed an order and have already made the payment but wish to cancel it, you can request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. In such cases, we will initiate a refund for your order within 96 hours using the original payment method.

Please note the following points regarding order cancellation and refunds.

The order cancellation and refund policy is applicable only if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once 12 hours have passed, the cancellation and refund policy no longer applies.

For ongoing projects, we do not offer order postponements or service switching if we have already commenced work on the project.

Order Revision Policy

If we deliver a project that does not meet your expectations or fails to meet the agreed-upon deadline, you have the option to request a revision or refund. In the event that a service or deliverable becomes obsolete due to technical reasons, such as a Google update, we will pause the project and offer alternative equivalent services.

In either case, we are committed to making the necessary revisions to meet your project requirements. The timeframe for revisions will depend on the extent of the work needed. We are also flexible in accommodating your preferences, allowing you to postpone or keep the revised or alternative service project on hold until you are ready for its completion.
